Le dialogue politique doit être entretenu entre les partis démocratiques, qu'ils soient nationalistes ou pas, avec Convergence démocratique de Catalogne, avec Convergence et Union, avec le PNV, avec Eusko Alkartasuna, depuis Gauche unie, depuis le parti socialiste ouvrier espagnol, depuis le parti populaire, dans les institutions, avec transparence, avec clarté, en représentation du peuple, répondant face aux citoyens.
Political dialogue should take place between democratic parties, whether they be nationalist or not, with Convergència Democràtica de Catalunya, with Convergència i Unió, with the PNV, with Eusko Alkartasuna, with Izquíerda Unida, with the PSOE, with the governing Partido Popular, and within the institutions, transparently and clearly, on behalf of the people and answering to all Spanish citizens.
