Je trouve un peu inquiétant et curieux que l'on mentionne, au paragraphe 4.30, qu'il pourrait y avoir fausse orientation si un expéditeur prétend que son chargement est acheminé à une installation de traitement agréée, alors qu'il est ultimement déchargé le long de la route ou expédié, via le Canada ou les États-Unis, à un pays du Tiers monde non spécifié.

Something I'm a bit fearful and curious about is that section 4.3 refers to how misdirection could occur when a shipper states that a load is going to a designated treatment facility but the load is ultimately dumped by the side of the road or shipped through Canada or the United States to an unspecified third world country.
