Les autorités norvégiennes soulignent à cet égard que les règles en matière de cumul garantissent, en tout état de cause, le respect de la section G, point 66, de l’encadrement «environnement», selon laquelle les aides autorisées en application de l’encadrement ne peuvent être cumulées avec d’autres aides d’État au sens de l’article 61, paragraphe 1, de l’accord EEE, si un tel cumul aboutit à un niveau d’aide supérieur à celui prévu par l’encadrement.
However, the Norwegian authorities underline that, in any event, the cumulation rules guarantee that section G (66) of the Environmental Guidelines are to be respected. This section of the Environmental Guidelines states that support under these guidelines may not be combined with other forms of State aid within the meaning of Article 61(1) of the EEA Agreement, if such overlapping produces an aid intensity higher than that laid down in the Environmental Guidelines.
