(2) Le juge peut, selon les modalités qu’il peut fixer, autoriser cette omission ou accorder cette exemption, en tout ou partie, lorsqu’il est convaincu que la révélation des renseignements requis par l’une ou l’autre des dispositions dont il est question aux alinéas (1)a), b) ou c) serait gravement et injustement préjudiciable aux intérêts de la compagnie; toutefois, le juge doit, pour rendre sa décision, tenir compte de l’intérêt public que peut présenter la révélation des renseignements.
(2) The judge may, upon such terms and conditions as he may impose, permit such omission or grant such exemption, in whole or in part, when he is satisfied that the disclosure of the information required by any of the provisions referred to in paragraphs (1)(a), (b) or (c) would be seriously and unfairly detrimental to the interests of the company, but, in so deciding, the judge shall have regard to the interest of the public in having disclosure of the information.
