Les parties commenceront immédiatement à faire comparer et évaluer par des experts les statistiques disponibles sur les exportations d'acier de la RFTS vers la CE fournies par les deux parties en vue d'atteindre un consensus sur l'évaluation de l'impact de ces exportations sur la situation du secteur sidérurgique de la CE et de la RFTS. 2. La RFTS envisagera de réorienter partiellement ses exportations de certains produits sidérurgiques vers la Communauté en vue d'assurer un meilleur équilibre dans la structure géographique de ses livraisons.
