Sur la base de l'examen de performance réalisé en 2019, la Commission adopte, par voie d'actes d'exécution, dans un délai de deux mois après réception des rapports annuels de mise en œuvre respectifs pour l'année 2019, une décision déterminant, pour chaque Fonds SEI et pour chaque État membre, les programmes et priorités pour lesquels les étapes fixées ont été franchies, en ventilant ces informations par Fonds SEI et par catégorie de région lorsqu'une priorité porte sur plus d'un Fonds ou plus d'une catégorie de région .
2. On the basis of the performance review undertaken in 2019, the Commission shall within two months of the receipt of the respective annual implementation reports in the year 2019 adopt a decision, by means of implementing acts, to determine for each ESI Fund and Member State, the programmes and priorities which have attained their milestones, setting out this information by ESI Fund and by category of region, where a priority covers more than one Fund or category of region .
