In addition to the ECOEST laboratories, Community support will provide access for European researchers to the TAMARIS facility in Saclay near Paris, which has the largest shaking table in Europe and the ELSA facility, the large-reaction-wall facility of the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission at Ispra in Italy. 3. Large-Scale Facilities in Hydraulics Under this project, the experimental facilities of HR Wallingford (GB), Delft Hydraulics (NL) and Danish Hydraulic Institutes (DK), three large European hydraulic laboratories, are made available to European scientists and engineers.
