Quant à moi, je vois dans ce texte de loi une certaine hypocrisie en ce sens que, une fois passé le préambule, nous laissons entendre que nous faisons certaines choses dans l'intérêt supérieur des enfants, alors que nous autorisons la fécondation in vitro, ce qui permet de produire des embryons de réserve, des embryons qui selon la définition qu'en donne la biologie, sont des enfants, des enfants qui seront donc détruits à en juger d'après l'avant-projet de loi actuel.
I see such a hypocrisy within this piece of legislation from the preamble to actually going on to suggest that we're doing things in the best interests of children, and yet we're allowing in vitro fertilization in which perhaps spare embryos are being produced that under the definition of the biology are children and would be destroyed under the present draft.
