Au moins l'un des niveaux UAL est une unité administrative telle qu'elle est définie à l'article 3, paragraphe 1, et décrite à l'annexe III. La Commission est habilitée à adopter des actes délégués conformément à l'article 7 bis pour modifier la liste des UAL figurant à l'annexe III en fonction des changements survenus dans les unités administratives qui lui ont été communiqués par l'État membre concerné conformément à l'article 5, paragraphe 1.
At least one of the LAU levels shall be an administrative unit as defined in Article 3(1) and as set out in Annex III. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 7a to amend the list of LAU in Annex III on the basis of the changes in the administrative units that have been communicated to it by the Member State concerned in accordance with Article 5(1).
