My understanding, in present-day terminology, is that these agreements that are being signed—whether the Government of Canada calls them self-government agreements or a rectification of wrongs that were done in the past when reserves were shortened because they gave them to third party interests or whatever—when you talk to chiefs and elders in the communities, these are not modern-day treaties, but administrative agreements.
