Le secrétaire général est autorisé à déléguer au directeur général de l'administration ou, en cas d'empêchement, au directeur général qui remplace ce dernier, tout ou partie de ses pouvoirs en ce qui concerne l'application du régime applicable aux autres agents ainsi que l'application du statut aux fonctionnaires des catégories B, C, D, à l'exception, toutefois, des pouvoirs qui lui sont conférés pour la nomination et la cessation définitive des fonctions des fonctionnaires et pour l'engagement des autres agents.
The Secretary-General is authorised to delegate his powers, in whole or in part, to the Director-General of Administration or, failing him, to the Director-General acting in his place, for the application of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants and the application of the Staff Regulations to officials in Categories B, C and D, except, however, those powers which are conferred on him in respect of the appointment and termination of service of officials and the engagement of other servants.
