1.2.1. La mesure des rayons principaux de courbure est effectuée en trois points situés aussi près que possible du tiers, de la moité et des deux tiers du grand arc de la surface réfléchissante passant par le centre de cette surface et situé dans un plan vertical ou du grand arc passant par le centre de cette surface et situé dans un plan horizontal si ce dernier arc est le plus long.
1.2.1. The main radii of curvature are measured at three points as close as possible to one-third, one-half and two-thirds of the length of the major arc of the reflecting surface passing through the centre of that surface, in a vertical plane, or of the major arc passing through the centre of that surface, in a horizontal plane, if the latter part is the longer.
