Le programme Santé de l’UE a également soutenu le projet AURORA[32] de manière à définir une stratégie commune et réalisable portant sur la façon de promouvoir le dépistage du cancer du col de l’utérus dans les nouveaux États membres de l’UE en ciblant les femmes de 30 à 69 ans et en veillant à couvrir les groupes difficiles à atteindre, d’aider les nouveaux États membres à appliquer une approche du dépistage du cancer du col de l’utérus fondée sur des éléments probants et de favoriser l’échange d’informations et d’expertise au niveau européen.
The EU Health Programme has also supported the AURORA project[32] to identify a common and feasible strategy on how to promote Cervical Cancer Screening in the new EU Member States targeting women 30-69 years old and ensuring the coverage of hard to reach groups, assist the new EU Member States in the implementation of evidence-based screening for cervical cancer and promote a European exchange of information and expertise.
