Afin de rationaliser le processus d'approbation des actions de petite envergure, le comité FI peut émettre un avis favorable sur les propositions de la BEI visant à octroyer une enveloppe globale (bonifications d'intérêts, assistance technique) ou une autorisation globale (prêts, participations), qui est ensuite, sans nouvel avis du comité FI et/ou de la Commission, réaffectée par la BEI à des projets individuels selon les critères définis dans le cadre de l'enveloppe ou de l'autorisation globale, y compris l'enveloppe maximale par projet.
In order to streamline the approval process for small operations, the IF Committee may give its favourable opinion on proposals from the EIB for a global allocation (interest subsidies, technical assistance) or global authorisation (lending, equity), that shall subsequently, without further opinion from the IF Committee and/or the Commission, be sub-allocated by the EIB to individual projects in accordance with criteria set out in the global allocation or authorisation, including the maximum sub-allocation per project.
