Attendu que, conformément à l’article 5.5 de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, le projet de Règlement de zonage concernant l’aéroport de Hall Beach, conforme en substance à l’annexe ci-après, a été publié dans deux numéros successifs de la Gazette du Canada Partie I les 9 et 16 mars 1991, ainsi que dans deux numéros successifs du Nunatsiaq News, les 5 et 12 juillet 1991, et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter au ministre des Transports leurs observations à cet égard,
Whereas, pursuant to section 5.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Hall Beach Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette Part I on March 9th and 16th, 1991, and in two successive issues of the Nunatsiaq News on July 5th and 12th, 1991, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto;
