Il vise au financement d'investissement production/distribution d'eau potable a) dans la région du Tensif (Sud) par Points d'Eau Aménagés (puits ou forages équipés avec bornes-fontaines) destinés à l'alimentation de 280 douars ou 180.000 hab.; b) dans la région Nord, par branchement sur des conduites régionales et réseaux existants, équipés de bornes-fontaines sur un ensemble de 169 douars ou 103.000 hab.
