«Aux fins du point b), les États membres n’autorisent la prise en compte des bénéfices intérimaires ou de fin d’exercice avant qu’une décision formelle ait été prise, que si ces bénéfices ont été vérifiés par des personnes chargées du contrôle des comptes et qu’il est prouvé, à la satisfaction des autorités compétentes, que leur montant a été évalué conformément aux principes énoncés par la directive 86/635/CEE et est net de toute charge prévisible et de prévision de dividendes».
‘For the purposes of point (b), the Member States shall permit inclusion of interim or year-end profits before a formal decision has been taken only if these profits have been verified by persons responsible for the auditing of the accounts and if it is proved to the satisfaction of the competent authorities that the amount thereof has been evaluated in accordance with the principles set out in Directive 86/635/EEC and is net of any foreseeable charge or dividend’.
