2. Les États membres veillent à ce qu'un contrôleur légal ou un cabinet d'audit n'effectue pas un contrôle légal s'il existe une relation financière, d'affaires, d'emploi ou de toute autre nature, directe ou indirecte, en ce compris la fourniture de services complémentaires autres que d'audit, entre le contrôleur légal, le cabinet d'audit ou le réseau et l'entité contrôlée, qui amènerait une tierce partie objective, raisonnable et informée à conclure que l'indépendance du contrôleur légal ou du cabinet d'audit est compromise.
2. Member States shall ensure that a statutory auditor or an audit firm shall not carry out a statutory audit if there is any direct or indirect financial, business, employment or other relationship between the statutory auditor, audit firm or the network - including the provision of additional non-audit services - and the audited entity from which an objective, reasonable and informed third party would conclude that the statutory auditor's or audit firm's independence is compromised.
