Lorsqu'une boisson destinée à être consommée en l'état, ou après reconstitution du produit concentré ou déshydraté, contient de la caféine, quelle qu'en soit la source, dans une proportion supérieure à 150 milligrammes par litre, la mention suivante doit figurer sur l'étiquetage, dans le même champ visuel que la dénomination de vente de la boisson: "Teneur élevée en caféine".
1. Where a beverage which is intended for consumption without modification, or after reconstitution of the concentrated or dried product, contains caffeine, from whatever source, in a proportion in excess of 150 mg/l, the following message must appear on the label in the same field of vision as the name under which the product is sold: "High caffeine content".
