J'interviens avec beaucoup d'émotion parce qu'en 1974 et en 1976, il y a 36 et 34 ans, j'ai été appelé à faire, au nom du Congrès mondial du travail et de la Confédération latino-américaine des travailleurs, ou la Central Latinoamericana de Trabajadores (CLAT), un séjour de plusieurs mois en Colombie pour collaborer à la mise en place de coopératives agricoles et de coopératives alimentaires.
