Members of the Management Board, members of the Advisory Board, members of the Committees, rapporteurs and experts who participate in meetings or working groups of the Agency shall publicly declare their conflicts of interest, and at each meeting, any specific interests which could be considered to be prejudicial to their independence with respect to the points on the agenda.
