gardien de port par toute partie intéressée, le gardien de port ou l’un de ses adjoints devra se rendre personnellement à tout entrepôt, maison ou quai, et y examiner les marchandises, colis, matériaux, produits ou autres effets que l’on prétendra avoir été avariés à bord d’un navire, en notifiant d’abord le patron, l’agent ou autre représentant du navire de sa visite, et s’informera, examinera et constatera la nature, la cause et l’étendue de l’avarie, en prendra note et inscrira dans les registr
