2. Dans le cas où la totalité ou une partie des terres relevant de l'engagement, ou la totalité de l'exploitation, est transférée à une autre personne au cours de la période dudit engagement, l'engagement ou une partie de celui-ci correspondant aux terres transférées peut être pris en charge par cette autre personne pour la durée restante de la période ou peut prendre fin, et le remboursement ne peut être exigé pour la période pendant laquelle l'engagement a été effectif.
2. Where all or part of the land under commitment or the entire holding is transferred to another person during the period of that commitment, the commitment, or part thereof corresponding to the land transferred, may be taken over for the remainder of the period by that other person or may expire and reimbursement shall not be required in respect of the period during which the commitment was effective.
