3. souligne que la possibilité de regrouper par lots, conformément à l'article 12, paragraphe 3, du règlement relatif au Fonds, les propositions de décision concernant la mobilisation du Fonds porte atteinte au droit de l'autorité budgétaire d'examiner chacune des demandes en fonction de ses mérites propres et pourrait, en conséquence, en pénaliser certaines;

Stresses that the possibility of grouping proposals for decisions on the mobilisation of the fund together into batches in accordance with Article 12(3) of the EGF Regulation puts in jeopardy the right of the budgetary authority to examine each application on the basis of its own merits and could, as a consequence, penalise certain of them;
