The Court of Justice has also held, in the case of a sectoral pension fund, that the fact that it is non-profit-making, the pursuit of a social objective, manifestations of solidarity and restrictions or controls on investments do not prevent the activity engaged in by the fund from being regarded as an economic activity(15).
