Conformément à la chaîne procédurale habituelle, l'ordonnance de soit communiqué a été transmise tout d'abord au Procureur de la République (niveau du Tribunal de Grande Instance, soit le premier degré de juridiction), puis par celui-ci au Procureur Général près la Cour d'appel de Paris, puis par celui-ci au Garde des Sceaux (Ministre de la Justice) et enfin par celle-ci au Parlement européen.
In accordance with the usual procedural channels, the notification order was forwarded first to the Public Prosecutor of the Republic (level of Court of First Instance, i.e. first-level court), then by the latter to the Public Prosecutor at the Paris Court of Appeal, then by the latter to the Minister of Justice, and finally by the latter to the European Parliament.
