Notre objectif est d'interdire l'expérimentation animale pour les produits cosmétiques à l'intérieur de l'Union européenne et de rendre obligatoire l'utilisation de méthodes alternatives le plus tôt possible tout en respectant nos engagements internationaux. Mais nous poursuivons également un autre objectif principal : assurer aux citoyens européens un niveau de sécurité maximal pour tous les produits qu'ils utilisent.
The aim is to ban animal testing for cosmetics within the EU and to make the use of alternative methods mandatory at the earliest opportunity while respecting our international commitments. An additional primary objective, however, is to provide European citizens with the highest possible level of safety in all products which they use.
