Les autorités de contrôle ne dispensent pas de la communication d'informations poste par poste les entreprises d'assurance ou de réassurance qui font partie d'un groupe au sens de l'article 212, paragraphe 1, point c), à moins que l'entreprise puisse démontrer à l'autorité de contrôle que la communication d'informations poste par poste est inappropriée, eu égard à la nature, à l'ampleur et à la complexité des risques inhérents à l'activité du groupe et compte tenu de l'objectif de stabilité financière.
Supervisory authorities shall not exempt from reporting on an item-by-item basis insurance or reinsurance undertakings that are part of a group within the meaning of Article 212(1)(c), unless the undertaking can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the supervisory authority that reporting on an item-by-tem basis is inappropriate, given the nature, scale and complexity of the risks inherent in the business of the group and taking into account the objective of financial stability.
