17 (1) Une installation flottante qui effectue des opérations de dragage, de construction ou de démolition peut être exploitée, ancrée ou amarrée uniquement si la personne chargée de la conduite de cette installation obtient une autorisation du directeur général régional, du commandant du district, du capitaine de port ou du maître de port compétents à l’égard des eaux où l’installation flottante sera exploitée, ancrée ou amarrée.
17 (1) A floating plant engaged in dredging, construction or wrecking may only be operated, anchored or moored if the person having conduct of the floating plant obtains authorization from the Regional Director General, the District Commander, the Captain of the Port or the Harbour Master having jurisdiction in waters in which the floating plant will operate, anchor or moor.
