Manifestement, ces arrangements intéressent au plus haut point le département et les chercheurs individuels, mais, parce qu'un montant très considérable de fonds de contrepartie entre en jeu et parce que, souvent, il s'agit de très gros investissements, nous traitons uniquement avec l'établissement, qui sert de pivot central, après quoi il définit les arrangements détaillés avec chaque chercheur ou chaque département.
Obviously the department and the individual investigators have a very deep vested interest in it, but because there is this very large amount of matching money that has to come into it, and because these are very large investments in many cases, we deal strictly with the institution, centrally, and they work out their arrangements with their individual investigators or individual departments.
