1. When a natural or legal person holding individual reference quantities no longer meets the conditions referred to in Article 5(c) during a twelve-month period, these quantities shall revert to the national reserve no later than 1 April of the following calendar year, except where he once again becomes a producer as defined in Article 5(c) no later than that date.

3. If the person involved returns to the competent State before the expiry of the period during which he is entitled to benefits pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1(d), he shall continue to be entitled to benefits under the legislation of that State; he shall lose all entitlement to benefits pursuant to the legislation of the competent State if he does not return there before the expiry of the said period.
