Les réserves exprimées par la Pologne et l'Italie s'agissant de la nouvelle répartition des sièges au Parlement sont levées, excepté que la Pologne remporte d'autres batailles plus importantes: elle a obtenu la non-participation de la part de la charte des droits fondamentaux, elle disposera d'un avocat général à la Cour de justice et elle profitera du mécanisme d’Ioannina.
The reservations of Poland and Italy regarding the new distribution of seats in Parliament were resolved, except that Poland is winning other more important battles: it obtained the opt-out from the Charter of Fundamental Rights, it will have an Advocate-General at the Court of Justice and it benefits under the Ioannina mechanism.
