Autrement dit, nous avons d'un côté l'accusé qui se bat pour conserver sa liberté et, de l'autre, le juge qui doit prendre en considération, non pas les droits de l'accusé ou sa présomption d'innocence ou la question de savoir si le procès est équitable ou non, mais celle de savoir si la vie privée ou la dignité de la personne qui porte les accusations s'en trouvera compromise en quoi que ce soit.
In other words, we have on one hand the accused fighting for his or her freedom and we have the judge having to consider, not the rights of the accused or the presumption of innocence or whether it is a fair trial or not, but the right to privacy or the dignity of the person making the accusation is going to be compromised in any way.
