La mise en œuvre du présent règlement n'affecte pas la répartition des compétences entre l'Union et les États membres ni les obligations qui incombent aux États membres au titre de la convention des Nations unies sur le droit de la mer, de la convention internationale pour la sauvegarde de la vie humaine en mer, de la convention internationale sur la recherche et le sauvetage maritimes, de la convention des Nations unies contre la criminalité transnationale organisée et son protocole contre le trafic illicite de migrants par terre, mer et air, de la convention relative au statut des réfugiés, de la convention de sauvegarde des droits de l'homme et des libertés fondamentales et d'autres instruments internationaux applicables.
The implementation of this Regulation does not affect the division of competence between the Union and the Member States or the obligations of Member States under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, the International Convention on Maritime Search and Rescue, the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and its Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air, the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and other relevant international instruments.
