Une personne, autre qu’une institution financière, qui détient un compte financier pour le compte ou le bénéfice d’une autre personne, en tant que mandataire, dépositaire, prête-nom, signataire, conseiller en placement ou intermédiaire, n’est pas considérée comme étant le titulaire du compte pour l’application du présent Accord, et cette autre personne est considérée comme étant le titulaire du compte.
A person, other than a Financial Institution, holding a Financial Account for the benefit or account of another person as agent, custodian, nominee, signatory, investment advisor, or intermediary, is not treated as the Account Holder for purposes of this Agreement, and such other person is treated as the Account Holder.
