Dans le cas où la première application de la présente norme par un investisseur fait sortir du périmètre des états financiers consolidés une entité faisant l'objet d'un investissement qui en faisait partie selon IAS 27 (modifiée en 2008) et SIC 12, l’investisseur doit, à la date de première application, évaluer les intérêts qu’il a conservés dans l’entité faisant l'objet d'un investissement au montant auquel ces intérêts auraient été évalués si les dispositions de la présente norme avaient été en vigueur lorsque ses liens avec l’entité faisant l'objet d'un investissement ont été créés ou lorsqu’il a perdu le contrôle de celle-ci.
When application of this IFRS for the first time results in an investor no longer consolidating an investee that was consolidated in accordance with IAS 27 (as amended in 2008) and SIC-12, the investor shall measure its retained interest in the investee on the date of initial application at the amount at which it would have been measured if the requirements of this IFRS had been effective when the investor became involved with, or lost control of, the investee.
