Si le rapport conclut que le maintien d’un régime destiné à soutenir l’investissement se justifie, la Commission devrait, le cas échéant, présenter au Parlement européen et au Conseil une proposition visant à modifier le présent règlement, notamment en vue de fixer une nouvelle période d’investissement, d’assurer la continuation des investissements et de veiller à son bon financement.
If the report concludes that maintaining a scheme for supporting investments is warranted, the Commission should, where appropriate, submit a proposal to the European Parliament and to the Council to amend this Regulation, in particular with a view to setting a new investment period, ensuring continuation of investment and appropriate financing.
