La personne concernée est informée du suivi donné à l'exercice de son droit de rectification et d'effacement dans les meilleurs délais et en tout cas au plus tard trois mois après la date à laquelle elle a demandé la rectification ou l'effacement, ou plus tôt si la législation nationale prévoit un délai plus court.
7. The individual shall be informed about the follow-up given to the exercise of his rights of correction and deletion as soon as possible and in any event not later than three months from the date on which he applies for correction or deletion or sooner, if national law so provides.
