L'initiateur de produits d'investissement rédige, pour chaque produit d'investissement qu'il élabore, un document d'informations clés, conformément aux exigences établies par le présent règlement; il publie ce document, avec le prospectus, le cas échéant, sur son site web et centralement sur un site web qui devra être créé par l'autorité européenne de surveillance compétente et l'autorité nationale de surveillance concernée, préalablement à la distribution du produit sur le marché et à sa vente à des investisseurs de détail.
The investment product manufacturer shall draw up a key information document in accordance with the requirements laid down in this Regulation and for each investment product it produces and shall publish the key information document, together with the prospectus, where relevant, on its website and on a single website to be created by the relevant ESA and the relevant national supervisory authority before the investment product can be distributed in the market and sold to retail investors.
