Le problème pour moi, c'est que, même si j'appuie le projet de loi en principe, il me semble qu'il ne règle pas la question des listes d'organismes de bienfaisance ou des listes spéciales comprenant des noms de consommateurs, qui sont versées dans des banques de données et détenues soit par des entreprises privées à but lucratif soit par des sociétés à but non lucratif.
