2. réaffirme qu'il ne saurait y avoir de solution militaire au conflit israélo-palestinien; se félicite, par conséquent, de toutes les actions diplomatiques visant à parvenir à une trêve durable fondée sur l'arrêt des tirs de roquettes par le Hamas, la fin de la contrebande d'armes à travers les tunnels et la levée du blocus israélien sur la bande de Gaza, assortie de l'ouverture des frontières et de la conclusion d'un accord nouveau et efficace sur la gestion des points de passage;

Reiterates its view that there cannot be a military solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict; welcomes, therefore, all the diplomatic actions aimed at reaching a sustainable truce, based on stopping the launching of rockets by Hamas, the end of the smuggling of weapons through the tunnels and the end of the Israeli blockade on the Gaza strip, along with the opening of the borders and a new and effective agreement about the management of the crossing points;
