Tout en estimant que la procédure la plus appropriée consisterait, pour la Commission, à reprendre ce texte, à en élaborer une nouvelle version comportant des propositions neuves et plus concrètes, conformément aux demandes formulées par ce Parlement - à la lumière des explications fournies ci-dessus - et selon un point de vue multidisciplinaire reposant sur le trinôme tourisme, environnement et consommateurs, et à le soumettre à nouveau dans les plus brefs délais, la commission de l'environnement, de la santé publique et de la protection des consommateurs insiste pour que, à défaut, ses conclusions soient prises en considération.
For that reason, the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Consumer Protection, while considering that the most appropriate step would be for the Commission to withdraw the present text, redraft it to include fresh - and more specific - proposals in accordance with what this Parliament has actually been called for, as set out above, on the basis of a resolutely three-pronged, multidisciplinary approach based on tourism, the environment and the consumer, and then resubmit this Green Paper as soon as possible, believes that, should this not be possible, the Conclusions of the committee should be taken into account.
