Si les libéraux ne veulent vraiment pas que l'on apporte des améliorations au système d'immigration, ils auront l'occasion de voter contre la Loi d'exécution du budget et les dispositions qu'elles contient, mais je dois dire qu'il n'y a personne qui prend les libéraux au sérieux, parce que quand vient le temps de soutenir leurs propres déclarations en votant contre les mesures proposées, ils s'absentent ou s'abstiennent de voter.
