Sur la base des conclusions de cette étude, la Commission présente, avant le 31 décembre 2010, et après une large consultation de tous les acteurs intéressés, un rapport au Parlement européen et au Conseil, ainsi qu'une proposition confirmant, le cas échéant, la date de 2012 pour l'achèvement du marché intérieur des services postaux ou définissant toute autre étape à la lumière des conclusions de l'étude.
On the basis of the conclusions of this review, the Commission shall submit a report to the European Parliament and to the Council, after wide consultation of all stakeholders and by no later than 31 December 2010, together with a proposal confirming, if appropriate, 2012 as the date for completion of the internal market in postal services or defining any other step in the light of the conclusions of the review.
