(a) instruct the court that, if it concludes that the witness was at any stage an accomplice in the offence charged, there is danger of injustice in convicting the accused of that offence upon the evidence of the apparent accomplice standing alone and uncorroborated, but it is at liberty to do so; or
a) faire savoir à la cour que, si elle en vient à la conclusion que le témoin était, à un stade quelconque, un complice dans l’infraction visée, il existe un danger d’injustice en déclarant l’accusé coupable de cette infraction sur la preuve du complice apparent qui demeure seul et non corroboré, mais il lui est loisible de le faire; ou
