We had strong growth through the period when growth in the rest of the world was faltering, we've had an appreciation of our exchange rate, and we're having some changing trade partners, all of which mean we have an adjustment process to go through here, and so we are right now trying to support that adjustment process by pushing the economy closer to its potential through relatively low interest rates.
