81 (1) Every executor, liquidator of a succession, administrator, assignee, liquidator or other like person, other than a trustee in bankruptcy, shall, before distributing any assets under his control in that capacity, obtain a certificate from the Minister certifying that no tax, penalty, interest or other sum under this Act, other than Part I, chargeable against or payable by that person in that capacity or chargeable against or payable in respect of those assets, remains unpaid or that security for the payment thereof has, in accordance with section 80.1, been accepted by the Minister.
81 (1) Les liquidateurs de succession, exécuteurs testamentaires, administrateurs, cessionnaires, liquidateurs et autres semblables personnes, sauf les syndics de faillite, doivent obtenir du ministre, avant de distribuer les biens sous leur contrôle en cette qualité, un certificat attestant qu’aucune taxe, aucune pénalité, aucun intérêt ni aucune somme prévus à la présente loi, à l’exception de la partie I, imputables à ces personnes ou exigibles d’elles, ou imputables sur ces biens ou payables à leur égard, ne demeurent impayés, ou que la garantie relative à leur paiement a, conformément à l’article 80.1, été acceptée par le ministre.
