This analytical instrument will allow efficient monitoring of the implementation by the member states of the Employment Guidelines and their progress towards the EU and national headlines targets of the Europe 2020 strategy, thereby reinforcing the efficiency of the European Employment Strategy in the new European Semester and the new governance structure.
Cet instrument d'analyse permettra d'assurer un suivi efficace de la mise en œuvre, par les États membres, des lignes directrices pour l'emploi et d'évaluer les progrès accomplis vers la réalisation des grands objectifs de la stratégie Europe 2020, en renforçant ainsi l'efficacité de la stratégie européenne pour l'emploi dans le nouveau semestre européen et la nouvelle structure de gouvernance.
