4. The International Labour Organization, its property and its assets, wherever located and by whomever held, shall enjoy the same immunity from suit and every form of judicial process as is enjoyed by foreign governments except that the International Labour Organization may expressly waive its immunity for the purpose of any proceedings or by the terms of any contract, but no waiver of immunity shall extend to any measure of execution.
4. L'Organisation internationale du Travail, ses biens et avoirs, quels qu'en soient le siège et le détenteur, jouissent, par rapport aux poursuites et à la juridiction sous quelque forme qu'elle soit, d'une immunité identique à celle dont jouissent les gouvernements étrangers, sauf dans la mesure où l'Organisation internationale du Travail peut renoncer expressément à son immunité aux fins de toute procédure ou d'après les conditions de tout contrat; toutefois, la renonciation ne peut s'étendre à des mesures d'exécution.
