3. Lastly, the two municipalities of Clichy and Montfermeil, in the Ile-de-France, will undertake a joint economic operation as part of a public programme of inter-municipal cooperation to introduce in all the districts making up Bas-Clichy, Haut Clichy and Les Bosquets a mix of urban activities and to encourage the areas' long-standing residential vocation alongside a new, economic one.
3. Enfin, les deux communes de Clichy et de Montfermeil, en Ile-de-France, mèneront, dans le cadre d'un établissement public de coopération intercommunale, une action économique conjointe visant à introduire, sur l'ensemble des quartiers du Bas Clichy, du Haut Clichy et des Bosquets, une mixité des fonctions urbaines et à favoriser la coexistence d'une fonction résidentielle ancienne et d'une nouvelle fonction économique.
